We had to get in the celing to tap the new duct into the existing air duct in the room closest to the nursery.

Team south at the Southernmost......

Putting the Fun back in Fundamentalism.

As we left Columbus GA we were headed to Homestead FL, which is just a bit south of Miami. We were there at the Victory Baptist Church with Pastor Larry Hobbs. We got there and were able to put a air duct in their nursery so they now have air condition in that room. We also helped the pastor cut his grass.

The most exiciting part of the week though was when he said he had felt led to take us to Key West and help an old church down there. It is the only Independent Baptist Church in the Key West area. So we drove down to Key West Baptist Temple to help Pastor Morris Wright who is in his 80's. While we were there we passed out over 3000 tracts and saw three souls saved on door to door visitation. The church is in such a needy area and they would love any help they can get but as we left you could see the encouragement they recieved and they were a church excited and ready to see more great years of serving the Lord.

Setting Sail in Columbus

As we were saddened to leave Callie Fuller Baptist church we were excited to come to Victory Baptist Church in Columbus Georgia. We were thrilled to hear that we would be working in another Vacation Bible school and for the first time all summer really getting a chance to work with teenagers in depth.

Pastor Preston Parker was an encouragement as he gave Dane the chance to preach to all the kids on the final night, and he gave Justin the chance to preach Sunday night in church. The people were so thrilled to have us and we were able to help the assisstant pastor paint his house in our spare time. The Lord has been good to us, but now our time and Georgia is done and we are headed to Homestead FL, so please continue to pray for us.

Goodwork Justin!!

Georgia On My Mind

Well we have made it into Georgia and spent a week at Callie Fuller Baptist Church in the small town of Monticello Georgia. We were able to work along side of pastor Gary Darnell as he wanted to work on the front porch of the church. We were able to paint and put down a new carpet. We were also blessed as we got to knock many doors in the area.

The main focus and the most exciting part of the week was working in our first Vacation Bible School of the summer. We were both given the opportunity to preach and blessed as we saw a couple of kids make a profession of faith. There was no service Sunday night due to the family day and fellowship after the church so pastor Darnell took us to Calvary Baptist in the neighboring town pastored by Bro. Danny Mundy. We were amazed when he asked both of us to preach. God is really blessing and we praise Him for it.

Houston, We Have A Problem...

We are here in Baytown TX, right on the outskirts of Houston at Garth Road Baptist Church with pastor Jim Lamb. He has had us busy as they are preparing to move into a new church building, and with that came us moving truck loads of things. We have gotten a great work out carrying everything from boxes to pianos. We have really enjoyed our time here and it has been a great blessing. When we finally cleared out a house that was used for storage our eyes lit up when we were told we could tear it down. So we got after it and took down every wall in the house.

We were able to celebrate the 4th of July with many people from the church. We bought some fireworks and put on a "professional" show. We had cheers coming from around the neighborhood. Our time here has been a great blessing. Please continue to pray for us as we will be traveling a long distance to Georgia.

One Church, Two Men, Countless Mosquitoes, And...Gators

Well we have arrived safely into Pascagula Mississippi at Bible Baptist Church. Pastor Dan Black and his family gave us a warm welcome. This is our first time in the state of Mississippi and we both love it. We started out the week working hard repairing some hard wood floor.

Then we started out the next day going with the pastor and another man from the church to a swamp and took a long hike. We were on the lookout for all kinds of animals. The area was very pretty and it was nice to relax take in the scenery and wildlife and enjoy the day.

Pastor Black has kept us very busy but we have had a wonderful time so far. He even gave us the chance to preach Wednesday night which was a blessing to the both of us. Thank you everyone for your prayers and we ask that you would continue to pray for as we will be keeping busy.

Crossroad's new paint job

We've had the opportunity to do many things around the church but one thing that seems to stick out in our mind is the painting we've been doing. We got to the church and on day one we painted a class room.

Then at the start of our 2nd week here we've been preparing for their upcoming vaction Bible school, and part of that is painting a backdrop they have for the program. We were able to use our creativity and for two guys that aren't very artsy it turned out looking pretty good. With this vacation Bible school we were also able to contruct a shack they have as a prop. We are really enjoying our time here and feel we are accomplishing a good amount.

Goodbye to RiverEast Hello Crossroads

We were able to leave RiverEast Baptist Church seeing great things. Our two weeks there were to prepare for the pack-a-pew service and God blessed with 182 in attendance and three souls saved. We are grateful for everyone in the church and how they made us feel right at home.

As we were sad to leave RiverEast we were excited to come down to Mobile AL arriving Crossroads Baptist Church. Pastor Aaron Smith and the members here have given us a warm welcome and we are longing to see what the Lord will do while we are here.

Door Knocking

Door Knocking

Sunday June the 7th is RiverEast's Pack-a-Pew service, and we are trying to reach as many people as we can. We've quickly learned that everyone around here seems to go to church but we've also seen the Lord work and have met several people who seem interested in visiting.

Our goal is to pass out 1000 tracts while we are here, and by God's grace we will be able to reach it. This upcoming week we will be doing nothing but visitation, we are excited at the opportunity that lies ahead. Please continue in your prayers.

Bama 09

We've finally made it to our first church, and couldn't be more excited. We're here at RiverEast Baptist Church and the Lord is really blessing. In a county with over one hundred Baptist churches, Pastor Roger Waggoner is really determined to do a mighty work for the Lord.

We've been staying busy with doing lots of cleaning, yard work, and door to door visitation. We're blessed with the opportunity to preach a Wednesday to service to the congregation. The church has really welcomed us and made us feel at home. Please keep praying for our travel.
